Unfortunately my garden has been plagued by bugs. I'm not sure whether it's the weather here or what but it's gross.
My eggplant keeps me from despair.
It is absolutely lovely to look at, and has not stopped producing!
I walked out last week and saw I had broccoli! It's not prolific, but it is a bit picturesque.
This is my Garden Tuesday offering.
Thanks for stopping by!
Love it that you have a garden. I love eggplant; had a delicious eggplant dish on the cruise. Recently I found an old recipe of mom's that I remembered her making when I was very young. She could not remember making it when I asked about it years ago. I need to make it and see if it is as good as my childhood memory. How do you cook this eggplant? Is it the same variety as the big fat ones in the store?

ReplyDeletePicturesque indeed! Wow.
ReplyDeleteThanks for linking up! You're eggplant is pretty - even if I do despise them :)
ReplyDeleteI may try broccoli next year. My sister brought me some from her garden and we put it on the grill with all the other vegetables and it was wonderful that way.
