Sorry I haven't shared much lately....
Thought you might like to see the first fruit vegie of my labor.
It was everything a radish should be. Smooth, crisp, a bit spicy with a lovely pepper finish.
Back a few weeks ago while some of this work was being done, Micah was over it and napped. When I checked on him I almost laughed out loud.
Yay for first veggies, that's a good sign to no more snow, at least here. That little kiddo is too cute, especially cuddled up under your quilt.
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to get my veggies started...in fact I should probably sow some seed indoors now!
ReplyDeleteAnother great Micah shot. He shows your quilt off a treat ;-)
My first thought was, oh, what a cute little radish! My second thought was, the radish is not cute...that baby is cute! :)
ReplyDeleteMany times my radishes are long and skinny. Yours is pretty. But the baby is what made me smile most.
ReplyDeleteOk, radish... not exciting. Seeing things grow in your own garden... super exciting! I do know what a radish is supposed to look like, so even though I won't eat them I am impressed with how nice it is! ;) I hope you are laughing at this....
ReplyDeleteBaby - cute as always!
I should be out planting some root crops right now. But instead, I'm trying to get myself organized so I can go visit with our grandbaby. But I may post something from Seattle cuz I'm helping Dilly-girl at her place! YAY! ;-)
ReplyDeleteMicah is a cutie-pie, I love how he is sleeping!
Cute baby napping and yummy fresh radishes, it doesn't get any better than that!
ReplyDeleteMore pic's of garden and baby please.
ReplyDeleteguess I should have said that I really liked the pictures you posted, I do....I'm just greedy, I want more. I can almost taste that radish and that boy looks so snuggly.
ReplyDeleteHAHA what a creepy baby!
ReplyDeleteHe's upstairs passed out right now :(
It snowed here a few days ago, and you already have your first radish?!! Well, it gives me hope, (and it's almost as cute as the baby!)
ReplyDeleteTiny radishes are sweet and peppery, but the baby is the best!
ReplyDeleteThe fact that your garden is alive and well makes me feel like spring might actually get here! And what a cute baby...
ReplyDeleteflexible boy... that looks near impossible to enjoy sleep like that. YUM, radish!
ReplyDeleteit looks delishhhhhh! yay for spring and home grown veggies. That is on my list pf things to do. One of these day....
ReplyDeleteThat little boy is just tooo cute. wouldn't you just love to be able to sleep with your feet up like that, adorable....
I can't beleive any of us adults ever slept like this! I cringe thinking fo the back ache I would have just trying to sleep like this. He is sooo stinkin' cute it's just too much. I hope I meet him one day:)
